Help?

I was just looking back at the comments on my blog and saw that on my "Do you want to see something cute?" blog post there was another comment. So, I looked at it and it was someone asking if I would be interested in drawing some pictures for their blog. They said that if I was interested I should send them a message.

One question: How?

If any of you know, I would be very happy if you would inform me of how to do such things.

Now, on to much more serious news. My great uncle passed away last night. =( Please keep my family in your prayers, guys and girls.

Do You Want to See Something Cute?

If not, then avert your eyes! (Okay, these things totally uploaded in the wrong order and I don't know how to move them around, but whatever. We'll all live, right?)

Okay, this first little guy is an original character, so no taking him and calling him your own. I was bored one day while doing math and doodled him in my math notebook and thought he was adorable, so I decided to draw him in my actual sketch book. Isn't he cute when he's sad?

And here he is happier. =) But still just as cute.

And here's the whole page that I drew his little character sketches on. (That blank space at the bottom of the page is where I'll write his name in...once I figure out a name for him... =/ Why does the name Wilbur keep popping into my head?? I don't think I want a duck named Wilbur!)Okay, again, they uploaded in the wrong order. This one was actually supposed to come last, but whatever. For those of you who don't know, the following characters are chibbis. A chibbi is a little cartoon figure with a head that's too big for it's body but is cute because of it. This little guy isn't totally done yet because I lost my silver colored pencil. =( So all of is armor is white instead of silver. Poor Octavius... For those of you who don't know, this is (supposed to be) Octavius from Night at the Museum and Night at the Museum: Battle of the Smithsonian. I drew Jedediah and showed him to my brother and my brother asked if I was going to draw Octavius, so I decided I would.
This little lady is also from Night at the Museum: Battle of the Smithsonian. She's supposed to be Amelia Earhart. (I actually drew her after I drew Jed and Octavius because I had some space left in between them and had to fill it in somehow. She seemed like the best way to fill it.=) ) I didn't get her hair quite right, but it still looks nice. In my defense, curly hair is really hard to draw. I think I did pretty good on everything else, though. (She was one of my favorite characters in the movie, and I've read a bit about her and have come to realize she was pretty cool in real life, too. And not just because she was the first woman to fly across the Atlantic on her own.)

This next guy is Jedediah Smith (from Night at the Museum and Night at the Museum: Battle of the Smithsonian.). Isn't he just so adorable?? I just want to give him a hug! And look! His hat actually looks like a hat and not just a blob on his head! I think I did pretty good with the shading on him, too. I'm very happy with how he turned out, even though there are a couple mistakes (and his gun looks totally wrong, but I've never really drawn a gun before, and I didn't have any refference pictures for it, so it's not totally my fault... Wait, that excuse makes no sense...). But you have to agree that he does look cute, doesn't he? =)

And here's the group picture! All three of them, ready for action! (Ya know, no matter how many times I tell them they're cute, Jed and Octavius just give me this glare. Even when I was taking their picture, they glared at me! They couldn't even manage a smile! How rude.)

This is kind of a sneak peek at something I have in the works. (We'll see if I actually do it or if I get bored and decide to not do it...) Danny Fenton in Butch Hartman style! Whoo! He looks so happy and carefree... Weird. O.o

And Danny Phantom in Butch Hartman style! Looking a little more worried but smiling none the less. I think I did really well with the side profile of his body, but that's just me.

Okay, these guys are original characters that I've had for a year or so now, so if you steal them I will be forced to bring them to life and make them stalk you for the rest of your existence. So there. For those of you who haven't been around long enough to know who they are, C.J. is the Fire one, Charlie is the Air one, and Sammy is the Earth one. This is kind of like concept art for a comic idea I have for them. (That's kind of why they were originally created, but I haven't really gotten around to drawing much of the comic... I need to, though, because it's a really fun idea.) Go ahead, tell me which one you like best and why. I'd like to know your opinions. =)

Well, I guess that wraps it up. (I totally just deleted one of the pictures of my original characters... Oops... >.>) So, yeah, enjoy. =)
Danny Phantom/Fenton belongs to Butch Hartman but the artwork is mine. I'm not sure if the chibbis belong to anybody, soooo...yeah... =)

The Colored Version and the Winners!

First... The winner!! In my hand is the envelope holding the name of the winner of the "Guess Those People" contest! *holds up envelope* Now, the winner is... *drum roll* *dramatic pause*

*opens envelope*

*gasp!*

I don't believe it (actually, I do believe it)! We have a tie! The first person to answer correctly was Liv--I mean, Anonymous! Congrats, Anonymous, you've won yourself FIVE MII POINTS*!! The next winner is only because I'm feeling generous. My Friendly Stalker, even though you cheated, you at least tried, so I'm giving you two and a half Mii points. Congrats, Stalker. Now, our third winner is Booklover181! Booklover181, you've won five Mii points! Congratulations, one and all, and thanks for playing! Be sure to tune in next time and you too could win big! Take us away, Bill!

*theme music plays and audience cheers as the show comes to a close*

Okay, now that that's done... Onto the real fun! Here's the colored version!

This, my friends, is history. It's my first time ever coloring a hand-drawn picture on the computer. The shading is kind of iffy in parts, but I really like them.

Tucker looks stinkin' adorable, as does Danny (although I think he looks a bit young...). I tried to draw Tucker with an expression kind of like Sam's, but I thought it just didn't look right on him. So he got a big happy smile instead. =P (But did I mention he looks stinkin' adorable??) Oh, and I want Sam's skirt. And leggings. And boots. And ponytail. Okay, I basically want her outfit...just with a longer shirt. =P (My dad saw Sam and he was like "She has a bellybutton." and I was like "Yes, yes she does." and my brother said something along the lines of "Everyone has a bellybutton..." and my dad went on to say something like "But you're such a modest girl..." and I said "Dad, that's the outfit she wears in the show." and then he's like "Oh, okay." =P I love my father. =) )

The outlining was tedious, but not that hard, and coloring was super easy (Ya know, after I figured out the right color...) It was really hard to get the right shades for Tucker's clothes and skin. You really wouldn't think it's that hard, but brown is really hard to find. O.o The other colors were all fairly easy to find, though. Then came the background... >.<>

Lots of thanks to my brother for his help with this. He's the one that does the coloring on the computer, so he told me how to do it and stuff. Plus he was very helpful with the shading, so thanks to him for that as well. =)

Okay, well, I've rambled on for long enough about this. Now you must comment and tell me what you like and what could use improvement. But be gentle, I really do like this...

More pictures!

These are my dolls! This was at a mother/daughter tea party we had at our church. Mom and I decorated, and this was part of the decorations! Aren't they cute? Having their own little tea party!
Here they are with the flowers and food on their little plates...

Mmmmmmm...this was the food for the actual people. These were the "cold" trays that we had. We also had trays with hot food on them. Man, that was good...
And THESE are the desserts. These were better than the real food. Mom made the little things with the strawberries on them. And the yellow lemon squares. *starts drooling* I wish we had brought more food home... Oh, and I helped plate the food. :D Looks purty purty, don't it?
Oh yeah, we had a LOT of food. There were a lot of people there. People from two churches! *sigh* good times...
NO, I DID NOT DRAW THIS. I merely colored it. :) Angel wanted someone to color it for her, so I used my colored pencils and did it. :D It was fun to do, but the camera kinda takes out some of the cool shading I did...
I don't know if she's Faith, Hope, or Peace...

Okay, here's the full story. The other day, me, Cody, and my baby brother (he will now be named Guy, just because I'm sick of writing "baby brother") went to our grandparents house. Cody and grandpa started cleaning up around the outside of the house while me, grandma, and Guy took a walk out to take the trash/composteystuff/whatever out to where it was supposed to go. When we got back to where the other boys were, we went over and started talking to them. We talked for a little then grandpa said, "[Cody's real name here] is a home wrecker!""Did you get a wasps nest?" Grandma asked."Nope." Grandpa said."Bees?" "Nope." "It wasn't hornets?" "Nope." "...was it a nest?" Grandma asked a little quieter. If it had been bees or hornets or wasps, I wouldn't have felt so bad...but a bird's nest...? "Yep. You know that piece of metal we found that had come off of the side of the house? Well, we found where it came from, and a bird had gone in there a built a nest. I went and pulled it out-it was a pretty good nest, in a really good spot, really warm in there-and there were three eggs in it." Grandpa explained. By this time, grandma and I were all ears, but Guy was still goofing off and just talking up a storm. We weren't paying much attention to what he was saying, though."I kept pulling brush out of there, and a forth egg rolled right out! I didn't realize it was there, and it hit the ground and broke." Grandpa continued, and I felt a little bit of a pain for the mama bird. I mean, it's just sad...isn't it?"Where are the other eggs?" Grandma asked."In the barn," Grandpa replied."Well, get out the incubator!" Grandma said this a couple times with much determination. Grandpa shook his head."Was it ours?" He asked rhetorically. Grandma sighed."No, it was the schools..." My spirits dropped again. What was gonna happen to those little eggs?"How far along were they?" Grandma asked to grandpa and Cody."Now sure...did you see anything in that egg that fell?" Grandpa asked Cody."I think a little bit..." Cody replied uncertainly. The conversation kept going with us trying to figure out what to do with the eggs."Can we go look at them?" I asked finally."Yep, they're right in on the counter in there." Grandpa said with a nod of his head. We all got up and went into the barn, which was a short walk away from where we had been sitting. Cody and I went in and walked right over to the eggs, which were a light turquoise and oblong in shape. There were three there. I picked them up and looked at them. They had cooled down a bit, it felt like... We looked at the eggs and noticed one had a small dent in it. When we showed it to grandma, she knew it wouldn't grow into a bird at all. I wrapped the eggs up in a light blue washcloth that grandpa handed to me and I put them in my hands. I tried to keep them as warm as I could, and me-the frozen handed girl- actually got those eggs pretty warm! When grandma did see the dented egg and told us it wouldn't survive at all because it's space had been invaded, she opened it up and looked inside. Sure enough, there was actually a little white dot in there. The beginning of a baby bird. When we came home, we had the eggs. There was a nest nearby where we do our schoolwork and where mom works. We compared the eggs to those that we knew were robin's eggs for a fact, and our eggs were bigger and a different shade of blue. But after doing some research, we found that they were still robin eggs. We kept the eggs at our house over night, wrapped in a washcloth and a towel and put under the small lamp in my room. Then, this morning, we took them to the other nest. Mama Robin hasn't seemed to mind them, but I just hope that the two little eggs will grow up to be little birds.
And then...about a week later...
UPDATE: Okay, guys. Here's the update: Today I went to check on the nest because I looked out the window and saw a little bit of blue and knew she wasn't on it, but when I went out and looked at it, there was only one egg in the nest! The others were on the ground! I saw four of the five that should have been on the ground, but I didn't look for the last one. I think the three original eggs that Mama Robin had were pretty far along, too. I don't know what happened, but the nest was tipped a bit, so we don't know if something tried to get the eggs or if they all fell over or what. Cody and Guy followed me out and Guy heard a bird and said "The bird is crying!" then imitated the noise. And it did sound like crying. It was sooo sad, and I think Mama Bird abandoned the nest...

Well, I hope you enjoyed these pictures from yours truly! :D If not, oh well! :P

Enjoy!! :D

Pictures!

Guess who it is! :P He's okay...I suppose...
I'm always a day late and a dollar short! But I hope you'll think it's cute anyways. :P

I hate this one. It looks terrible. I totally screwed up on it. I'm not even going to tell you who they are. Instead, I shall rate them on a scale of 1-10. (1 = aweful and 10 = awesome):
Little blond girl: I give her a -3. I totally screwed up her nose in inking and she was just a plain old pain in the patookey to draw. *growls*
Brown girl: Too tall...but not that bad...I like her pose... I give her a 5.
Black haired boy: He gets a -2. He just doesn't look right. >.<>
Middle girl: GAH!!! I abhor how she looks in this picture. She gets a -5. I hope she likes it. *Glares*
Tall blond boy: Too tall, arm looks weird, and he just looks...awkward. He gets a 1.
Short blond boy: He gets a 5 too...
Dog: Blech...I'll give him a 6, just because I enjoyed drawing his wings...even though they're WRONG. Grrrr... *eye twitches*

The camera really messed up the shading I did on Fang...oh well... Uh, I guess enjoy all the pictures except the icky one... >.> :P

Max in my head, now out of my head!

IT'S MAXIMUM RIDE!!! At least, how she is in my head. (kinda...best I could draw, anyways.)

I'm getting better with people!! And the shading on her is actually really cool, if you could actually see it... Anyhoo, I'll probably draw the rest of the flock eventually. Enjoy!

For Chris

These pictures are both of the same guy, that Chris wanted me to draw. The only difference in them is that in the first one, the scar on his face is colored. In the second it isn't. (The order is backwards...odd...) (BTW, Chris is one of my Teen Homeschool Hang buddies.) Well, Enjoy! :D

"It is not our abilities that define us, but the choices we make." Albus Dumbledore.

That quote is actually pretty cool. I mean, lots of people can write, but what defines me is WHAT I write. Lots of people can draw, but what I draw is what defines me. Those are choices I make. Also, how I decide to spend my money and time. What I choose to post even defines me! I mean, how many people post stuff about Alvin and the Chipmunks, pictures they've drawn, random stuff, an HP fanfic, and then even some serious stuff? I just think that that quote is really cool. Wait, Dumbledore is really cool, so of course what he says is going to be cool, right? :P UNLESS IT'S SOMEONE PRETENDING TO BE DUMBLEDORE!! *gasp* Okay, that was seriously off topic... Anyhoo, what you choose, who you choose to hang out with, and what you choose to do with your talents and time defines you. Remember that, because it is important.

More drawings!

This was another request from my buddy, Sadie. I go to this other website called "Teen Homeschool Hang" or "THH" for short, and there's this game called the "THH President Game" Where you can nominate people to be the "President" for a month. Last month I tied for first, then came in second on the tie-breaker. This month, I nominated Sadie, and she asked me to be her Vice President and asked Thomas (The boy in the pic) to be her Secretary of State. Then, Sadie asked me to draw a picture of us in a "Gangsta" pose, as she called it. And in suites and fedora hats. First time at the hats! Whoo! :P And that's our team name at the bottom. :)
And this is the "Other - newbies" Picture that goes with the two Sonic characters ones. Next one will be an "Other - Oldies" picture. :P

Enjoy, all you peeps who read my blog! :D

Valentine's Day!

I wanted to draw some Fairies, so I did. And I made them into a Valentine's day card for my Grandma on my dad's side! :D
This one's for my grandma and grandpa on my mom's side of the family. :) Isn't he cute?

Hope you have a good Valentine's Day! I drew these myself. (duh. :P) Enjoy! :D

P.S. Do any of you know the origin of Valentine's

day? Just curious.

Shading Sketches

This is Charlie, one of my own characters. This is part of one of my stories I came up with. (I'm making it into a comic book...eventually. :P) You'll get to see the story behind this pic soon enough...:D
I came up with the little poem in this one a while ago, but just now got enough courage to actually DRAW it. :P I think it turned out pretty cute. I really like the baby. :)

These are two sketches I did recently. (The one of Charlie was done today. :P) Just playing with my shading and stuff. Enjoy! :D

MY FIRST REQUEST!!!

This is my first request. It was made by two friends of mine. The story behind it is one day we were being goofy and we pretended we were a band. I'm the one with the brown hair, the one on the drums is Sadie, and the one with the other guitar is Aussie. (These were online friends, by the way. :P) The girl off to the side of the stage wanted to be in the picture/band AFTER I had finished outlining it, so I was like "GAH!" So I added her to the audience. :P Her name's Reesie. :P Well, not her real name...but you get what I mean. Anyhoo, MY FIRST REQUEST FROM PEOPLE NOT IN MY FAMILY! WHOO!! *happy dances*
Okay, that's all. :D

This goes with the Sonic picture

IT'S SOME OF THE BAD GUYS! I love how they look. I do believe that I've drawn Jet, Shadow and Rouge one other time besides this...I think it was one time...can't remember, though, because it was forever ago. :P Anyhoo, I really like this one. Enjoy! :D

A few more pictures

This is a picture of Sonic and the gang, in cartoon form and then I drew them in people form!
This is inspired by an Adventures in Odyssey episode.

And me and a buddy being superhero duo of the universe! :P
Enjoy! :D

MY FIRST MANGA COMIC! And other pictures

This is an incomplete B-day card for my little bro with some of his fave cartoon characters on it. Who can you name? :P
Simon, Alvin, and Theo opening presents! ...Alvin doesn't seem to be very grateful for his. :P

My characters, Charlie, C.J., and Sammy. C.J. is telling a scary story, and Sammy believes it, evidently. :P

The Three Caballeros

Alvin, Simon, and Theodore...duh. :P

Charlie, character expression sheet.

Me as a chipmunk...again. :P

This one made my mom laugh. :D

My first request! From my cousin! She wanted me to draw a baby (named Egan) as a chipmunk. :)

SCROLL DOWN TO THE BOTTOM. The first page of the comic is down there, not up here. The pages are all numbered, too. So don't freak out. :P FINAL PAGE OF COMIC...wow, that was short... :P

COVER FOR THE COMIC

You'll probably have to enlarge the manga comic pictures to read what they say. If you can't read it then...well, then the pictures will have to give you enough of a clue, cause there are too many frames to talk you through it. :P And I know, some of the pictures aren't colored, but maybe I'll have colored versions later. (And yes, there are a couple sketches in there. :P) Enjoy!
